Unable to log in:

If you get an error message during login, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.

Account blocked:

Your account may lock if you’ve entered incorrect login details multiple times. Wait a few minutes before trying again. For further assistance, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.

Account in use error:

If you encounter the message, “Oops. Too many people are using your account right now,” it means you’ve reached the device limit. Follow these steps:

• Stop streaming on other screens and log them out by clicking “Force all my devices to stop playing” or manually logging out of devices.
• Expat TV members? Consider upgrading your plan to enjoy Teeveeing on multiple screens. Click “SEE PLAN OPTIONS” and follow the on-screen instructions. If the problem persists, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.

Upgraded membership but can’t watch TV.

If you’ve upgraded your membership but still can’t watch live TV or recordings, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.

Active membership showing as expired:

If your active membership is incorrectly displayed as expired, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.

Forgotten password:

If you ever need to recover your password, open Teeveeing in your app or browser and below the Sign-in option, you’ll find the option to “Recover password?”. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password securely.
