Need to cancel your Teeveeing membership? Here’s everything you need to know.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your Teeveeing membership or explore refund options, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com. Once cancelled, you can no longer log into your Teeveeing account.

Cancel auto-renewal:

If you wish to cancel auto-renewal of your annual or monthly Teeveeing membership, open Teeveeing in your app or browser, go to Settings > My Membership, and under your current membership, select “CANCEL AUTO-RENEWAL”.

Refunds on weekly or monthly memberships:

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven’t watched more than 60 minutes of live or recorded TV. To claim your refund, contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.

Refunds on annual memberships:

You have a 60-day window from the date of purchase or renewal to request a refund. If you haven’t watched more than 60 minutes of live or recorded TV, a full refund will be granted. If you exceed this, you will receive a partial refund for the remaining months calculated by deducting the cost of equivalent Teeveeing monthly memberships for each month. For instance, if you acquired a Teeveeing Expat TV membership on October 17th for €72.00 and applied for a refund one month later on November 15th, you would receive a refund of €56.02 (the annual fee of €72.00 –/- the cost of one-month fee €15.99). Refunds typically take 72 hours to process, though this varies with card provider.
