Need to cancel your Teeveeing membership? Here’s everything you need to know.
If you wish to cancel your Teeveeing membership or explore refund options, please contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com. Once cancelled, you can no longer log into your Teeveeing account.
If you wish to cancel auto-renewal of your annual or monthly Teeveeing membership, open Teeveeing in your app or browser, go to Settings > My Membership, and under your current membership, select “CANCEL AUTO-RENEWAL”.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you haven’t watched more than 60 minutes of live or recorded TV. To claim your refund, contact us via live chat or email support@teeveeing.com.
You have a 60-day window from the date of purchase or renewal to request a refund. If you haven’t watched more than 60 minutes of live or recorded TV, a full refund will be granted. If you exceed this, you will receive a partial refund for the remaining months calculated by deducting the cost of equivalent Teeveeing monthly memberships for each month. For instance, if you acquired a Teeveeing Expat TV membership on October 17th for €72.00 and applied for a refund one month later on November 15th, you would receive a refund of €56.02 (the annual fee of €72.00 –/- the cost of one-month fee €15.99).
