1. What is new?

   We wrote them so you can understand them without being a lawyer. We want to make sure that our terms are clear to both you and us.

2. Introduction

   Everything we offer, including our website, memberships, and any extras, is part of what we call the ‘Service’. By using our Service, you’re agreeing to these terms.

3. Explaining Some Definitions

   • TeeVeeing: This is our brand name. It represents all we offer, including services, products, and support, which comprise the “TeeVeeing experience.”
   • Terms: You must follow the rules and conditions in this document.
   • Service: We offer a variety of things under our Service, which we explain in a separate section.
   • Membership: This is a subscription that lets you access our Service.
   • Member: Anyone who uses our Service. In this document, we also refer to you as “You.”
   • Add-ons: These are extras, such as modules, products, or tools, that you can purchase in addition to your membership.
   • Residence: This is the country or territory where you live or are located when you use our Service.
   • FTA stands for Free-To-Air, which are live satellite broadcasts that are not encrypted and are free to watch with the right equipment.

4. Agreeing with these Terms

   As technology and laws change and our members interact differently with our Service, these changes will be governed by our Terms. If you disagree with these terms, please don’t use our service. However, we’d love to hear your concerns and possibly address them, so feel free to contact us with your feedback.

5. Description of Our Service

   TeeVeeing equips its members with the means to access FTA satellite broadcasts.
   Whereas traditionally, you would use your own dish and satellite decoder box, we provide you with a rental service that replaces this expensive and clumsy hardware kit.
   This service allows our members to connect one-on-one to get plain TV abroad ‘from home’ and stay in touch with their culture, language, and compatriots. Access to the live satellite broadcasts happens in real time via an uninterrupted communication chain. This allows you to watch Telly ‘from home’ abroad using various devices such as a PC, Laptop, TV box, Tablet, Phone, and TV.
   TeeVeeing does not restream, alter, edit, change, or add any advertising or sell, distribute, or exploit the FTA channels in any other way. We solely provide technology to access the aforementioned broadcasts.
   TeeVeeing add-ons and modules may consist of information such as a TV guide.
   TeeVeeing offers cloud-based personal video recording (PVR) that complies with the Spanish Copyright Law 2/2019 and the Spanish Copyright Act, and consequently with Directive 93/83/EC, Directive 2001/29/EC and Directive 2014/26/EU.
   Our Service is compliant with the European Court of Justice rulings on free-to-air
   satellite channels: C 607/11, C‑138/16, and any other relevant judgement.

6. Using the Service Membership

   To sign up for our service, you must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your area. Our services are for your private and personal use within regions approved for broadcast. You may notice different channel availability when using the service in a country different from your residence. Your membership is for your use only, is non-transferable, does not allow you to share with others and allows use on one device at a time. You may need to provide proof of your residence; you must do so to avoid service termination.

7. What You May Not Do

   You must not use the service for any illegal activities or in a way that breaks the laws in your area. You also agree not to share, sell, duplicate, or exploit any part of the service for commercial purposes or make it available to others.

8. Payments and Fees

   Your membership depends on regular fee payments and may be suspended or cancelled unless payments are received on time. You must provide and maintain up-to-date, accurate account information, including your email and payment details, to ensure transactions are processed and we can contact you as needed. Please be aware that membership fees can change without prior notice.

9. Refund Policy

   Our refund policy varies based on your TeeVeeing membership type. For Basic TV, Premium TV monthly, and Family TV monthly memberships, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you’ve watched less than 60 minutes. If you encounter unresolved technical issues, you’re also eligible for a refund for that month.
   For annual Premium TV and Family TV memberships, refunds are available within 60 days of purchase. We deduct the equivalent monthly rate from your refund for any months used. After 60 days, no refunds are offered. To request a refund, email support@TeeVeeing.com. Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours.

10. TV License Fee

    In many countries, watching TV, even from your own country, requires a TV license fee. A TeeVeeing membership does not cover this fee. It’s your responsibility to pay this fee, and while we don’t restrict membership based on non-payment, we advise you to fulfil this obligation. Paying the license fee supports broadcasters and ensures the continuation of your favourite Free-To-Air channels.

11. Your Data

    We use various technologies like cookies and pixel tags to collect data. While your personal data may pass through different networks, sensitive payment details are always encrypted. TeeVeeing cares deeply about your privacy and adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will never provide your personal information to anyone else except as set out in our privacy policy. To delete your personal data, cancel your TeeVeeing subscription first, then use the app to request data deletion, initiating an automatic email to our support team. Sharing your sign-in details is prohibited and can lead to unintended data loss. If you have concerns about deleting your data, please contact our support team.

12. Restrictions on Satellite Broadcasts

    Occasionally, certain programs may be unavailable on the satellite due to licensing restrictions placed on broadcasters. TeeVeeing is not responsible for these broadcast blackouts.

13. Refusal and Termination

    We can refuse or cancel any membership at our discretion without providing a reason as a courtesy. We may also restrict or prohibit memberships from dealers, resellers, or distributors. Violating our Terms will immediately cancel your membership without a refund.

14. Limitation of Liability / Accuracy of Information / Errors,
    Omissions and Inaccuracies

    Our service is for personal use only and is provided “as is” without guarantees. Use of the Service is at your own risk. We continuously update the site’s content without obligation to make further clarifications or updates. Without prior notice, we may change, remove, or cancel parts of our Service, including features and add-ons. Legal changes, availability issues, or third-party updates may affect our Service, potentially leading to suspension or discontinuation.

15. Few more things about these Terms

    TeeVeeing is not liable for any damages incurred from using our Service. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be removed, but the rest will remain effective. These Terms are governed by EU law and can be changed at any time without notice. Thank you for your understanding.

16. Intellectual property complaints

    We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from you. If you believe that something on our site infringes on your rights or you have a copyright claim, please contact our legal department.
